Duno how long I dun have write my blog
but one thing i can sure is,
I become Fat Since I work as Admin
OH MY GOD!!
How Could I be fat
Can't!!
I can't be fat...
I know I'm Busy in my working life
but when after work, I still have time to rest
Should I do anything exercise to avoid the fat problem?
Yeah, I know I should
But I feel tire much after work
what!? I'm just lazy?
NO WAY!! I can't be Lazy, and I also wont let myself Lazy in my life
but exercise, I guess I got a bit lazy since I dun have dance anymore
I have to fast fast to settle down everything,
than start to look for learning center to learn something to improve
to do exercise to avoid fat problem
of course, to keep my health stay HEALTHY
anyway, my life was Busy life and Plus lazy exercise life
